Defy Gravity Anti-Harassment Policy

Defy Gravity is committed to working towards making a safer space for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size or shape, race, nationality, immigration status, age, profession, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of people at our events or in our space in any capacity.

Harassment as we define it includes (but is not limited to) offensive words or actions related to the identities, traits, and characteristics stated above; deliberate intimidation; use of photography or recording without permission, sustained disruption or talking over others; non-consensual inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.

Consequences

People asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to stop immediately and claim ownership for their actions. Anyone breaking these rules will be asked to leave the event or Defy Gravity space at the discretion of any Defy Gravity staff member.

How to Report

If you wish to report harassment, please email [email protected] or arrange to meet with the studio manager. All reports are confidential and will be investigated quickly and fairly.
